Dispositions
Sustained: The investigation found that there was sufficient evidence to clearly prove the allegations.
Not Sustained: The investigation failed to prove or disprove misconduct or improper job performance.
Exonerated: The acts or allegations did occur, but were justified and proper.
Unfounded: The investigation indicates that the act or allegations did not occur, or failed to involve a department employee.
Misconduct Not Based Upon Complaint: The investigation resulted in the discovery of improper job performance not related to the initial complaint.
Violation of departmental policies could result in one of the following actions:
- Training
- Verbal Reprimand (Supervisor Criticism)
- Written Reprimand
- Suspension without Pay
- Termination
