Multiple Firearms Seized
Kalamazoo, MI:
On December 31st 2021, at approximately 2230hrs Public Safety Officers responded to the area of Hawley St and W North St for the report of gun shots in the area. Officers located a suspicious vehicle that they believed to be involved. A traffic stop was conducted and during the subsequent investigation: two stolen firearms; distribution amounts of narcotics; and money affiliated with the narcotic sales were located and seized.
Two Kalamazoo residents were arrested on multiple felony charges and lodged at the Kalamazoo County Sheriff Department.
