On December 14th 2021, around 8:17PM Kalamazoo Public Safety received a call for gun shots in the 700 block of Douglas Ave. Approximately 30 minutes later a 25 year old male was reported to be in the 700 block of Mabel St suffering from a non-life threatening gun-shot wound affiliated with the gun shots that had occurred on Douglas Ave.
Officers are continuing the investigation however currently, there are no suspects for the shooting.
