20-year old Shooting Victim

On June 3, 2021 at approximately 11:10 p.m. the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety (KDPS) responded to the 800 Block of North Church St for a report of a shooting with a victim down.  KDPS Officers arrived and located a 20-year-old Kalamazoo resident on the ground suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.  KDPS Officer’s administered aid to the victim on scene.  The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.  The victim was treated at the hospital and is listed in stable condition.  Numerous witnesses were with the victim at the time of the shooting but refused to assist with identifying the suspect.  At this time no suspects have been identified.
