Fatal Shooting
Kalamazoo, Michigan:
On, Thursday May 20, 2021, at approximately 1:50 a.m., Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety responded to the 800 block of Lane Blvd on a report of a shooting. Upon officer’s arrival, they found a 31-year-old Kalamazoo resident and a 23-year-old Kalamazoo resident both suffering from gunshot wounds. Both men were transported to an area hospital where the 31-year-old was pronounced dead. The other victim suffered a non-life-threatening injury.
