Homicide Investigation 4500 Westmain St
Kalamazoo, MI: On Thursday February 25th, 2021 at approximately 8:11 P.M., Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety responded to the area of 4500 blk of Westmain for several reports of shots fired. Upon arrival, Officers located a male subject suffering from several gunshot wounds and was unresponsive. Life saving measures were attempted, but the victim has succumbed to his injuries. The male victim was identified as a 64-year-old Kalamazoo resident.
The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety is actively investigating this incident.
