Shots Fired
Kalamazoo, MI:
On October 17th 2020, at around 1050 pm, Kalamazoo Public Safety notified central dispatch of gun shots that were heard near the 4500 block of Stadium Dr. Immediately after this, numerous calls came to the central dispatch center for gun shots in a parking lot near the 4500 block of Stadium Dr.
Arriving officers were updated on scene of two vehicles that fled the area immediately following the shots. In the parking lot, officers located and seized numerous spent casings. One of the vehicles involved was located and processed for evidence. Currently, there are no reported injuries. The incident is still under investigation.
