Shooting Investigations

Kalamazoo, MI:
On Friday, June 19, 2020 at approximately 8:40 PM, Kalamazoo Public Safety Officers responded to the 1400 block of N. Burdick in reference to a subject that had been shot. When officers arrived, the scene was located along with evidence of the crime. Moments later a 26-year-old Kalamazoo resident arrived at a local hospital with a non life threatening gunshot wound. The suspect fled prior to police arrival and has not been identified.


On Friday, June 19, 2020 at approximately 10:20 PM, Kalamazoo Public Safety Officers responded to the 200 block of W. Frank in reference to a subject that had been shot. Officers arrived on scene and located a 41 year old Kalamazoo resident, suffering from a non-life-threatening gun shot wound. Officers rendered aid until the victim was transported to a local hospital for additional treatment. The suspect fled the scene prior to officers arrival and has not been identified.
