400 Oak House Fire

December 10, 2019 by Scott VanderEnde

Kalamazoo, Michigan:

On December 9, at approximately 6:20 p.m., Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety (KDPS) officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Oak St. regarding a possible structure fire. When public safety officers arrived, there was smoke visible from the doorway of the residence.

The occupants of the residence including two adults and several children had self-evacuated immediately after the fire had formed.
