Male stabbed in the arm 3200 Adams St

Kalamazoo Man in Stable Condition after Being Stabbed

Kalamazoo, MI: On September 21st, 2018 at 7:43pm, Kalamazoo Public Safety Officers responded to the 3200 block of Adams St for a 911 hang-up call. Upon arrival, officers located a 27 year old male who had been stabbed, with the knife still protruding from his arm. Officers stabilized the injury. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment and is listed in stable condition.

A police K-9 team was called in to track the suspect, who fled on foot. At this time, the suspect has not been located. The suspect is a 27 year old white male, last seen wearing a white shirt and khaki pants. The suspect is known to the victim through a domestic relationship.

The incident is still under investigation and Public Safety is asking anyone with information on this stabbing to contact Kalamazoo Public Safety at 337-8994 or Silent Observer at 343-2100, kalamazoosilentobserver.com.
