Gull Road Bank Robbery

Kalamazoo, MI: On Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at approximately 4:40 p.m., Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety Officers responded to a bank in the 3300-block of Gull Road for a report of a robbery. Upon arrival, officers determined that a lone suspect had stolen an undisclosed amount of money and fled the bank on foot. No injuries were reported. The suspect has not been identified at this time, but the Criminal Investigation Division is continuing to investigate this incident.

The suspect is described as follows:

A male wearing a dark-colored mask, a grey hooded Nike sweatshirt with a neon green Nike swoosh, dark-colored pants, black Nike shoes with a white Nike swoosh, and carrying a black sling-style backpack.

Public Safety is requesting anyone with information about this crime to contact the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety at 269-337-8994, the Criminal Investigation Division at 269-337-8139, Silent Observer at 269-343-2100 or online at www.kalamazoosilentobserver.com.
