Bridge Street Shooting

Kalamazoo, MI:

On Tuesday, February 13th, 2018 around 01:00 am, Kalamazoo Public Safety officers responded to the area of Bridge Street and Dwight Avenue for a report of a subject shot near the intersection. Responding officers were unable to locate the potential victim in the immediate area. A short time later, officers located a 32 year old male subject in the area of Center Street and Charlotte Avenue suffering from a graze wound to the face. The subject was alert and conscious. The subject’s injuries were non life-threatening and he refused further medical treatment. The circumstances surrounding this incident are still under investigation.
