Kalamazoo, MI: On 3-4-2017, at approximately 6:18 P.M, Kalamazoo Public Safety Officers responded to the 1200 block of California in regards to a stolen vehicle. The victim reported a 14 year old family friend stolen her vehicle and cell phone while she was sleeping.
