Drugs and Stolen Gun Found, Suspect Arrested

mccourtieKalamazoo, MI:  On 8/31/16, Investigators from the Kalamazoo Valley Enforcement Team served a search warrant in the 700 block of McCourtie Street after an ongoing drug investigation.  During the search, Investigators located nearly 10 ounces of crystal methamphetamine, crack cocaine, powder cocaine, and marijuana.  In addition to the drugs, a shotgun and handgun were located inside the residence.  The handgun was recently reported stolen out of Kalamazoo.  A 34 year old male was arrested and lodged on multiple drug charges, felon in possession of a firearm, felony firearm, and receiving and concealing stolen property.
