Public Safety urges Pokemon Go participants to be safe

July 16, 2016 by Spencer Bridges

Kalamazoo, MI: Pokemon Go is a new mobile game sensation that has swept across the Nation. Kalamazoo Public Safety wants Pokemon Go participants to enjoy playing but urge anyone doing so to do it in a safe way. Be particularly careful not to walk out into vehicle traffic and be mindful not to infringe on the property or space of others. Know your surroundings and otherwise obvious obstacles such as stairs and curbsides that may cause injury if not seen.

Kalamazoo Public Safety wants everyone to follow safe practices when playing Pokemon Go. There are several tips, tricks, and guides online. Have fun and be safe.

Anyone who may have information regarding criminal activity is asked to call Kalamazoo Public Safety at 337-8994 or Silent Observer at 343-2100 or www.kalamazoosilentobserver.com.
